What is Assisted Living?  For those 60 and over, a Licensed Retirement Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE) offers help with eating, bathing, dressing, laundry, housekeeping, with medication management and more. Assisted living serves those who can no longer easily attend to their daily living needs. 

Who determines
Assisted Living Care Levels?

A physician assesses the level of care a candidate for assisted living may require.  Administrator Agnes Perez reviews your current physician's assessment to determine care levels.

As a resident's condition shifts, level of care are addressed with your chosen representative as needs evolve.

We enlist our staff, visiting services and outside resources, to deliver the best combination of care possible.

Agnes' Angel Care Option allow for Enhanced Care Levels rated in increments in addition to basic services.

Enhanced Care Levels

Care levels are priced per month, based on an objective point system, and are determined upon admission from a current physician’s assessment. 

Agnes' Guest Home offers assisted living at levels one, two and three. Levels come into play as levels of supervision, lifting, continence care and other aspects of their needs increase.
